SUMMARY :
Before he had ever met Emma Swan, there was someone else that stolen his heart in a single glance. Someone else that had made Neal Cassidy feel more alive and loved than anyone had before. Hecate had truly loved him. What they had was real, it was True Love. But Hecate knew she couldn't remain in the Land Without Magic with him, and so she was forced to break both their hearts.

It was only after he was forced to leave Emma almost a year later that Neal had been reunited with his beloved Hecate, although it was not in the way he had always dreamed.

Neal had always known the truth; that she was a Greek Goddess and Olympia was real, that the Gods would occasionally make the journey to other realms to have children known as demigods and then return back to their home realm. So when he dreamed Hecate would return to him, he thought she would be defying her family to run away with him. Instead, she had come back with a small bundle in her arms, a demigod child born from their love.

Even though his heart broke even more on that day, for he knew he would likely never see Hecate again, Neal swore to the woman he loved that he would protect their daughter and raise her well. Neal swore that he would never let anything bad happen to her, and that when the time came, he would tell their daughter all about where she comes from and who her mother is. Hecate only smile, kissed both their foreheads, and then she walked out the door into the night. And Neal, now a father, was left alone.

As the years passed, Neal kept his promised and changed his ways, securing a job and becoming a good father to their daughter, Kate, who had had grown up into a beautiful and powerful young demigod that it was almost painful to look at her and not see Hecate every single time.

Eventually, Kate Cassidy befriended a boy her age at school that was also a demigod. Athough, he wasn't aware of that. And for some weird reason, she wasn't allowed to tell him what he was or even what she was. Her and Percy had become fast friends, though, she honestly couldn't imagine a world without him.

But when a blond woman and her son break into their apartment that seemingly sets off a series of strange and magicial events, Kate realizes that there's a whole world out there that her dad had kept from her, and not only does she have a part to play in it, but so does Percy Jackson.

━ This is a crossover between the Percy Jackson and the Olympian series on Disney+ and OUAT.

━ Feel free to mess around with the summary a bit. I only ask you keep it somewhat the same as it is now.

━ Now, I know that Greek Mythology is already in OUAT but it's done horribly so let's just pretend none of that exists, shall we? For instance, Zelena and Hades? Yeah, never happened. Also, Hercules and young Snow White never met and become friends. Let's just pretend none of that ever happened. We're starting fresh here. Anyways, onto the plot details!

━ As stated in the summary, Neal and Hecate meet before he meets Emma. They have the True Love bond but even that doesn't make her stay to be with him, her duty is to Olympia so she leaves after getting pregnant. Even though she really, really wants to stay with him and have a family.

━ After having the baby, Hecate returns to the Land Without Magic and gives him their demigod child to raise as all the Gods unfortunately do.

━ Neal names their daughter Katherine but calls her Kate after Hecate. So, Kate Cassidy. It's only ever Katherine Milah Cassidy when she's in trouble.

━ At some point during her childhood, Kate began showing immense magical potential. Like, it was beginning to become a concern to Neal, who hadn't even seen such power with his father, the Dark One. So Neal contacted Hecate, who gave him a necklace that would not only help conceal their daughter from other Gods and creatures but subdue her powers as well.

━ Kate was told to never take her necklace off. Her father never told her why and she never asked. So she doesn't even know it's concealing her own strength from herself.

━ Kate meets Percy and Grover at school and becomes fast friends with them. Obviously, she gradually realizes Percy is a demigod such as herself but she can't tell him that, she's told by Percy's mother to keep it a secret. Kate's also not allowed to tell Percy that she's a demigod for obvious reasons. She hates that she can't tell him because Percy is her best friend, but obviously she wants to help protect him so she agrees to keep all these secrets.

━ Neal eventually meets Tamara and the two fall for each other. Although it's not True Love, Neal knows he has to move on from Hecate at some point and he tries to with Tamara. And it works, as the two eventually get engaged and Tamara moves in with them.

━ Obviously, though, Neal will ask Kate if it's okay Tamara moves in with them and they get married, which she'll be okay with because Kate just wants her dad to be happy. And she likes Tamara. She's really nice to her.

━ This plot begins with OUAT season two when Emma, Henry and Rumple go to New York to find Neal as that happens early in the year and PJO season one doesn't start until the end of May, I believe. So, yeah. We're starting with OUAT and will gradually work our way there.

━ Emma will be understandably shocked to find out Neal's not only got a fiancé but a daughter as well. Although, the fact he's got a child will be far more upsetting considering Kate was actually born before Henry and Emma never even knew about her or Hecate. Meanwhile, both Kate and Henry are just super excited to find out they're half-siblings.

━ Kate doesn't really like Emma at first, mainly because she's loyal to Tamara considering the woman is about to be her step-mother.

━ Kate goes with her dad to Storybrooke so they can both get to know Henry some more. Obviously, Tamara joins them later when Neal invites her to come to Maine.
